Due to the high data volume received from the stores and our partners, our servers are limited to storing data for the last six months only at any given time. By accepting the Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that ST Digital shall not be held responsible for data requested by you or your partners which are beyond six months at any given time.

If you live in a country or state that does not allow any of the foregoing exclusions or limitations of liability or any of the disclaimers or warranties as mentioned hereinabove, such exceptions or limitations will not apply to you but only to the extent such exclusions or limitations are not allowed. In such case, such exclusions or limitations shall be limited to the extent required by applicable law.

Further, you hereby agree to withdraw at its own costs and expenses any and all complaints, petitions, suits, notices, claims and cases initiated against the us and/or the music distribution platforms, due to use and exploitation of the Content.

The Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with the Company’s defence of such claim. Without prejudice to all other rights and contentions available to the Company in law and equity, the Company may seek additional damages from you for breach of any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
