Refund Policy

  • Service-Based Nature
    ST Digital provides digital services (such as music distribution, promotions, technical tools, etc.), and most payments are made in advance to access these services.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits
    Funds added to the Deposit section of the wallet are non-refundable and can only be used towards ST Digital's services. These funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.
  • Eligibility for Refund
    A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
    • Double payment for the same service.
    • Payment made in error without using any service.
    • Service was not delivered due to technical failure or rejection from our side (subject to verification).
  • Refund Process
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official support channels within 7 days of the transaction.
    • ST Digital will review each case and respond within 10 working days.
    • Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment or as wallet credit (at ST Digital’s discretion).
  • No Refund Scenarios
    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
    • User changes mind after purchasing a service.
    • Content rejected by DSPs or removed due to rights/infringement issues.
    • Delay in DSP reporting or revenue updates.
    • Violation of ST Digital’s terms by the user.
  • Policy Amendments
    ST Digital reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
